P.S. 254 Queens is a 3K - 5 magnet school. You do not need to live in our attendance zone to apply!

Magnet status lets us accept direct applications for grades 1 - 5. For 3K, PreK, and Kindergarten, follow the NYCDOE Kindergarten Enrollment Process.

Applying for 3K, PreK and Kindergarten

Parents of three-, four-, and five-year-olds should follow the NYCDOE Kindergarten Enrollment Process.

All NYC families with children born in 2019 can apply to 3-K for All when the application process opens.

 

 

Applying for Grades 1 - 5

For off-grade enrollment (grades 1 – 5), contact our Magnet Coordinator, Stephanie Pastor, at 718-520-7878 for a Magnet School application.

We welcome applications from all students in grades 1 – 5 within the New York City DOE. First priority is given to students living within our zoned area. Find your attendance zone and district.

Transportation

If you are applying from outside our zone, you should be aware that we do not provide transportation. However, our school is easily accessible from the J/Z train and city buses.
